While I was talking to my next door neighbor, Mimi our 4 year old female Shelty, wandered off our neighborhood area. Let me first say that everyone in the neighborhood knows Mimi.

A new neighbor about 6 houses away, who also has a small dog, found Mimi when she went inside their house. Mimi went through the open front door, and proceeded to eat their dog’s food. Fortunately for us they checked Mimi’s collar and called the number on her yellow HomeAgain tag.

  2. Verify that your contact information is correct and upload a recent picture of your missing dog, cat, or other pet.
  3. Create a Lost Pet poster using the uploaded photo.
  4. Send out Rapid Lost Pet Alerts to vet clinics, animal shelters, and PetRescuers within a 25-mile radius of where your pet was lost.

  1. Call 1-888-HOMEAGAIN (1-888-466-3242). Our Lost Pet Specialists are available 24/7.
  2. Explain the situation to your Lost Pet Specialist, who will create a Lost Pet poster using the most recent photo on your pet’s HomeAgain profile.
  3. Your Lost Pet Specialist will immediately send out Rapid Lost Pet Alerts to vet clinics, animal shelters, and PetRescuers within a 25-mile radius of where your pet was lost.

Call now and the recovery process will be underway by the time you hang up the phone.
