HomeAgain Has Saved My Dog

Our puppy is a Huksy and she LOVES to run. Occasionally she has slipped out the door when no one is looking. Usually she is very good about staying but sometimes she has the urge to go running around. The last time HomeAgain saved our dog was when she ran out into a heavily trafficked road and was running along with traffic. We immediately got into the car and went looking for her but she was nowhere in sight. Soon enough we had a phone call from HomeAgain connecting us to a wonderful couple that had found Josie.   2. Verify that your contact information is correct and upload a recent picture of your missing dog, cat, or other pet.
  3. Create a Lost Pet poster using the uploaded photo.
  4. Send out Rapid Lost Pet Alerts to vet clinics, animal shelters, and PetRescuers within a 25-mile radius of where your pet was lost.

  1. Call 1-888-HOMEAGAIN (1-888-466-3242). Our Lost Pet Specialists are available 24/7.
  2. Explain the situation to your Lost Pet Specialist, who will create a Lost Pet poster using the most recent photo on your pet’s HomeAgain profile.
  3. Your Lost Pet Specialist will immediately send out Rapid Lost Pet Alerts to vet clinics, animal shelters, and PetRescuers within a 25-mile radius of where your pet was lost.
