Collar Failure, HomeAgain Success

Very recently, Moose and Grizzly's wireless fence batteries went dead - without our knowledge. By the time my husband said, "I wonder were the puppies are?” We looked outside where they usually played, and they were nowhere to be seen.

Then, like someone had been listening to us, we received a call from HomeAgain. The puppies had managed to get half a mile through the dense woods behind our house, cross a major intersection, and were found walking down the street. We didn't pay much attention to our HomeAgain service, since we have a wireless fence, but thank goodness we had it.

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Verify that your contact information is correct and upload a recent picture of your missing dog, cat, or other pet.
  3. Create a Lost Pet poster using the uploaded photo.
  4. Send out Rapid Lost Pet Alerts to vet clinics, animal shelters, and PetRescuers within a 25-mile radius of where your pet was lost.

  1. Call 1-888-HOMEAGAIN (1-888-466-3242). Our Lost Pet Specialists are available 24/7.
  2. Explain the situation to your Lost Pet Specialist, who will create a Lost Pet poster using the most recent photo on your pet’s HomeAgain profile.
  3. Your Lost Pet Specialist will immediately send out Rapid Lost Pet Alerts to vet clinics, animal shelters, and PetRescuers within a 25-mile radius of where your pet was lost.

Call now and the recovery process will be underway by the time you hang up the phone.
